About Julia
JULIA COZBY is a singer-songwriter from the High Desert and the great American Southwest. Influenced by Southwestern landscapes and culture, her music spans genres and geography--from Kentucky Bluegrass to Texas Blues, and these elements are reflected in her original compositions. She currently makes her home in New Mexico, and counts the state and its people as a huge influence on her songwriting.
Julia released her first EP in March of 2017 entitled 'Glenrio,' and her first full-length album of original songs, 'Keep on Walking,' in December of 2019. 'Keep on Walking' was nominated for a 2020 New Mexico Music Award for Best Country CD. Julia released a holiday single, 'Mistletoe in the Trees', in December of 2023.
